Been with them ,for about 10 plus years , never had a claim, but they started to creep up the premium in last 4 years , they kept the premium low enough that you wouldn't leave , but this year they went up close to a thousand , that's right close to a thousand bucks , part of that was a 250 dollar fee for renewal of the policy , I'm guessing they hired some lawyer living a penthouse in Manhattan, at rates they want to charge , all im saying watch out , shopped around saved 600 bucks
Beware of the Woodville,TX office. Rude,incompetent and can't answer a single question. All the man there does is scream and tell me I should be resopnsible?? Have no idea what he's flapping about,I've never missed a payment on my ins and all he & staff do is lie and give out untrue info.I signed my title over 2 weeks ago to them & still no pay off check.He couldn't even verify if the home office even received my tital that he mailed. He's all Christian while writing a policy but sure treats women like crap once there is a claim made and he actually has to work.
