These people are just taking money every month. A driver that carried their insurance hit me and my car is a complete loss On August 7th. On 8/20/20 I called to see what was going on with getting me a rental and paying for my car(not being able to go to work). Not yet talking about my personal injuries. The adjuster Melinda from phone going to tell me "I need to talk to my insured", I told her no you need to call the police department and get the crash report. She repeats "I have to talk to the insured." I asked her how long does she expect me to wait when there is a legal document that tells them what happened. She then tries to tell me to file on my insurance. No I will not. I will hire an attorney. Trick. How do a person pay a company for service and when it's time to use the policy this companies don't want to pay out. Well Home State County YA'LL picked the right one to mess with. YOU WILL PAY. Customers DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Progressive. Geico, Nationwide, Allstate stick with the major companies. You might pay more but they will payout. These little company will make the victim sue you, then they want to mediate. How do you mediate medical Bill's, a person pain, and a undrivable car?
