This company should not be in business and needs shut down right away before anyone else has to deal with their lies and very unscrupulous tactics. I personally tried reaching out to the insurance commissioner in Florida and they say they do not have the Authority to issue fines or do anything about there terrible business practices. They ride the line of what the law will let them get away with. They will lie to you and play games with you and they try to force you to sign off on their ridiculously low repair estimate. Then they will not take an estimate from any repair shop from you. Then try to tell you that if you take your car to the body shop of your choice the body shop will have to match there estimate, Then you car just sets un-repaired. The insurance regulations department of Florida should look into this terrible company and shut them down. At this point I am going to have to sue there customer to even get the cost of my deductible back because they don't pay from what I read.
