Colorado Insurance Laws and Regulations

The Colorado Division of Insurance develops and enforces the insurance laws. The Division of Insurance also publishes compiled complaint data for auto, home, health, annuity, life and HMO insurance. Consumers can access the compiled complaint data through the Division of Insurance website. Consumers can also contact the department with questions and complaints about their auto and home insurance. Consumers not receiving the service they expect from their insurer can file a complaint about an insurer directly with the Division of Insurance.

Important Laws
